Chef Alex has spent the last twelve years working in every corner of the culinary world, from boutique hotels in Brooklyn, to selling cookies in little mountain towns in the heart of Colombia, to working as a whole animal butcher in Orange County. Since moving to California, Chef Alex has specialized in working to heal clients’ relationships with food in residential treatment centers and with private clients. He also works with clients as a support coach.
Chef Alex loves martial arts, meditation, and brunch with his wife and baby boy Luca.
