Kat Geiger

Kat Geiger, LCSW, CEDS (certified eating disorders specialist), earned her master’s degree in social work from UC Berkeley and has seventeen years experience in mental health treatment. 

Her expertise includes eating disorders treatment, perinatal mood disorders, emergency psychiatric intervention, pediatric psychiatric intervention, and the treatment of anxiety disorders. 

Kat is passionate about developing individualized therapeutic interventions for each client she works with, using evidence-based practices. 

She enjoys working with individuals and leading therapy groups. 

Kat also mentors social work interns from the University of Nevada, Reno and Simmons University.
