Within Health, commonly referred to as Within, is an eating disorder treatment provider delivering clinically superior, continuous care designed around patients’ real lives. Built to work where real life happens, Within treatment is accessible wherever you are, whenever you need.
What we do
Within Health provides personalized eating disorder treatment for adolescents and adults through multidisciplinary clinical care designed to fit into everyday life. Our treatment programs support people with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, other eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Our story
Within Health was founded by Dr. Wendy Oliver-Pyatt and Abhilash Patel, both of whom have lived experience with eating disorders. They built Within around a simple idea: effective eating disorder treatment should adapt to the realities of a patient's life, rather than requiring life to stop for treatment. Drawing on Dr. Oliver-Pyatt's decades of experience developing eating disorder treatment programs, Within combines multidisciplinary clinical care with continuous support that extends beyond scheduled sessions and into the moments where recovery actually happens.

To increase access, improve outcomes and promote healing for tens of millions of Americans, ensuring that everybody in every body, regardless of background or economic standing, has access to quality eating disorder care.
Meet our care team
Eating disorder recovery requires more than one type of expertise. Within’s multidisciplinary care teams bring together psychotherapists, psychiatrists, nurses, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and care partners to provide coordinated, compassionate care designed around each patient’s needs.
Our clinicians work together across disciplines to support the whole person, including eating disorder symptoms and co-occurring mental health conditions. With decades of experience in eating disorder treatment, our team provides care that extends beyond scheduled sessions to support recovery in the moments and environments where real life happens.
