We go above and beyond

Taking over two decades of experience in creating eating disorder treatment programs, we’ve created the first comprehensive, evidence-based, virtual treatment solution.

We offer more contact hours than other PHP and IOP programs.

PHP+:

  • 5+ hours/day
  • 5-7 days/week
  • 2 individual and 1 family session per week

IOP+:

  • 3-4 hours/day
  • 3-5 days/week
  • Min. 1 individual and 1 family session per week

Our adolescent program is overseen by a highly-trained, multidisciplinary clinical team, consisting of psychiatrists, registered dietitians, nurses, movement specialists, therapists, and more. Programming includes:

  • Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with parents

  • Within Z dynamics of healing

  • Individualized exposure therapy
  • Individualized protocols for ARFID

What to expect

Upon enrollment into the Within program, your child/teen will complete an intake assessment and you, as a parent/guardian, will have the opportunity to speak to our admissions team.

Within treatment program remains flexible, catering to individual needs of each of our patients. We work around you and your child’s schedule so they can attend sessions when time allows without interrupting school, after school activities, and everyday life.

Weekly schedule

  • 2-3 therapy sessions per week (individual and family)
  • Weekly individual nutrition sessions (may include parents) and check-ins based on needs
  • Daily group therapy sessions
  • Weekly sessions with a psychiatrist for PHP (may be included in IOP based on individual needs)
  • Weekly sessions with care partners
  • Daily meal support with peers
  • Collaboration with outpatient providers

Family program

Family involvement is crucial when treating eating disorders in children and adolescents. As part of our adolescent program, we offer:

  • Family coaching
  • Family therapy
  • Male loved ones support group
  • Monthly psycho-educational group
  • Family and loved ones support group
  • Parent and caregiver nutrition group

What your child will learn

  • Coping skills through dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
  • A foundation of mindfulness and principles of intuitive eating
  • Healthful management of social media
  • How to manage diet culture
