Within’s enhanced remote partial hospitalization program (PHP)
Comprehensive care. Daily connection. All from the comfort of home.
Our enhanced partial hospitalization program (PHP) is for those who need consistent, structured, and immersive treatment without stepping away from their lives. Delivered entirely remotely, this advanced level of care provides intensive clinical support without the disruption of inpatient or residential treatment.

PHP or IOP? What’s right for you
Our team will work with you to determine which program is best for you, whether it’s our more intensive enhanced PHP program or if our IOP is better suited. We typically recommend our PHP for those who need significant structure and daily support but do not require 24-hour inpatient treatment. The vast majority (more than 80%) of our patients who finish our PHP continue in our IOP, then benefit from our free alumni program.*
Our enhanced IOP, on the other hand, is a step down from PHP. It allows more space for work, school, or home responsibilities, while also providing intensive support.
Both our programs are available remotely, led by experienced clinicians, and include real-time meal support, meal delivery, individual therapy, and group sessions.

Meet our CEO:
Dr. Wendy Oliver-Pyatt, MD
Dr. Wendy Oliver-Pyatt is a nationally recognized psychiatrist, author, and leader in eating disorder care. She co-founded Within to bring accessible, intensive, remote care to those who need more than once-a-week support—but can’t uproot their lives to get it.
Her mission is to change the way we think about recovery: it should be personal, powerful, and possible—no matter where you are. She believes that treatment should be accessible to everybody in every body.
