For alumni
Alumni groups are judgment-free spaces where former participants can stay meaningfully connected to the Within community. Here, we come together to celebrate victories, navigate challenges, and offer mutual support on the journey beyond treatment.

Unwavering support
Joining an alumni group can provide a sense of belonging and community, especially if you have limited support or lack resources in your area. Interacting and engaging in alumni activities with those you can relate to can help combat feelings of isolation and facilitate meaningful relationships.
While alumni groups are not substitutes for therapy or outpatient care, they are powerful sources of encouragement, belonging, and shared understanding. Together, we create a compassionate space to be heard, to hold space for one another, and to continue growing side by side.
