Cari Melillo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about supporting clients to lead a life worth living. Cari is originally from New York where she attended The School of Visual Arts and then moved to Boston to receive her Masters in Art Therapy from Lesley University. She specializes in helping individuals struggling with eating disorders find meaningful behavioral change, improve their coping by helping them find coping skills that work, and strengthen their relationship with their body.
Cari also has experience work with substance use, psychosis, depression, and anxiety. Her approach is health at every size (HAES) and All Foods Fit aligned and she strongly believes in using the arts to help people navigate tough times. For fun, you can always catch Cari with some sort of fiber craft in her hand and her dog Strawberry by her side.
