Karina Pierce

Karina has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field, starting at a nonprofit program for adults struggling with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders. She then moved into the area of admissions working with adolescents and adults in need of IOP, PHP or RTC treatment for mood and anxiety disorders. Karina's journey into eating disorder treatment began in 2024 at Within Health.

Karina was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors in the So Cal weather with her husband and growing children. When there's still some free time left over, Karina enjoys watching documentaries and growing tropical indoor plants.
