Dr. DeLeo's background includes 18+ years of dedication to the behavioral health field as a licensed clinical psychologist, licensed mental health counselor, professor, private practice owner, and advocate for personal well-being. She has served populations presenting with a range of psychological disorders at various levels of care, including residential eating disorder treatment, inpatient trauma treatment, hospital based medical psychological evaluations, outpatient private practice, and medical student counseling.
As a Diplomat with the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress since 2011, Dr. DeLeo specializes in the treatment of trauma-related disorders alongside a full spectrum of eating disorders.
