Suri Lipsky

Suri has over 3 years experience working with individuals in eating disorder recovery providing meal support, individual coaching, peer mentorship, and support group facilitation. Suri received her Bachelor's degree from Yeshiva University where she studied nutrition and psychology. She also obtained her Master's Degree in Social Work at Yeshiva University where she concentrated her studies on group practice, LGBTQ+, and eating disorders.

Suri practices from an All Foods Fit model and HAES framework. She also draws on evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT to inform her approach. As someone with lived experience of eating disorder recovery, Suri is passionate about helping others discover the joys of food freedom and is committed to supporting other as they work towards healing, inner peace, and true joy.
