Jessica attended Samford University receiving an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed an internship and Master of Science in Nutrition. She is certified as an Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and provides weight-inclusive and trauma-informed care to each of her clients. She previously worked as the Lead Dietitian in a higher level of care and has worked at the Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.
Jessica is passionate about looking at nutrition through a non-diet and body-inclusive perspective and helps people cultivate a new relationship with food. She provides a warm and calming presence to help clients develop trust and lean into vulnerability in their healing journey. She wholeheartedly believes that food is meant to be nourishing, satisfying, and peaceful. She strives to create a weight-inclusive environment to restore a life free of body and food obsession.
