Jen Summers

Jen Summers earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a double Master’s in Counseling/Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England Graduate School in 2006. She completed an internship at Yale University Center for eating and weight disorders and has worked wholeheartedly in the eating disorder field for 20 years, serving as Clinical Manager at eating disorder RTC/PHP/IOP facilities.

With insight into payer trends and medical necessity criteria, Jen leads eating disorder Utilization Review teams, providing supervision and initiating/implementing process improvements for organizational growth.

Jen is passionate about the intersection between psychiatric and medical care and has a talent for helping insurance understand client’s unique treatment needs. She adores time with her pups, hiking, traveling, and gardening.
