Katie is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with many years of experience in the field of eating disorders and other mental health issues in adults and adolescents. She is passionate about helping people heal from eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma.
Through work deeply rooted in the principles of HAES and Intuitive Eating, and within an integrated, attachment-focused framework, Katie helps client realign with their most authentic selves. Recovery is a process of discovery, change, and development of a greater sense of safety and trust. Katie holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
