Katie has been working in treatment as a therapist specializing in eating disorders for three years. Her integrative approach is rooted in evidence-based psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theories to help clients increase insight, and awareness, while supporting healing and change. Katie believes that as we move through life, disconnection from our innate knowledge creates painful internal dissonance, conflict, suffering, and disruption in our lives. Recovery emerges as clients discover and align with their values, and gain the confidence to live authentically.
A native New Yorker, Katie lives in Los Angeles and became a therapist after many years working in the entertainment industry. She loves dogs, beaches, and being an aunt.
