Primary Therapist

Zoë is a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and mental health issues in adolescents and adults alike. She has extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy across all levels of care. Zoë received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University.

Zoë aims to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to be themselves and focus on their recovery.  She takes a humanized and direct approach.  Zoë strives to help her clients build self-awareness, learn new skills to overcome seemingly inevitable challenges, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
