Ashley Katzakian

Originally from Northern California, Ashley studied theater directing and applied psychology at the University of California Santa Barbara. After graduation, Ashley moved to Minnesota to work as the Assistant Director at the Children's Theater Company. While in Minneapolis, Ashley found her true passion within the health and wellness industry and has been professionally involved now for over 6 years. Ashley is a certified sports nutrition coach, yoga teacher, trained Ayurvedic Wellness practitioner and sees clients virtually and in Portland, OR through her own practice, So Hum Collective. Having worked the last three years as the Patient Care Coordinator for a naturopathic clinic, she has a broad understanding of holistic care treatment. Ashley has a deep connection with the process of healing the body, mind, and soul and is committed to helping others honor their own healing and recovery journey.
