Lauren currently resides in Waco, Texas, however she considers home in Southern California. She earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014 and later a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2020. She has worked across different clinical settings, including hospital, university counseling centers, and group and private practices.
Lauren works from a relational psychodynamic perspective. She is passionate about supporting individuals to understand who and how they have become, in order to help them increase insight and learn healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She believes that being human can be really challenging and we need the support of others to heal.
