Tiana has a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and is currently studying for her Master’s degree in child/adolescent trauma and disorders. She specializes in providing behavioral interventions rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); provision of social services; and patient support and advocacy.

Tiana has an extensive background in providing behavioral interventions and support within public school systems regarding academic success as well as, social/emotional skills and development. She is passionate about helping humans help themselves and operates from a compassionate strengths-based perspective modality of healing.

In addition to clinical and social work, Tiana is a certified yogi (RYT200) and  takes pride in engaging others and her environment from a mindful lens. Outside of Within, Tiana is a mother who enjoys spending time with her son and  loved ones. She is also an Intuitive Abstract Artist where she is able to utilize her art as a means to represent intuitive healing.
