Nicole Bertucci

Nicole Bertucci, M.A., is a dedicated clinical advocate and outreach leader with a deep commitment to client-centered care. Through both her corporate leadership and nonprofit service—including her role on the Board of Directors for Voices of Recovery San Mateo County—she works tirelessly to bridge the gap between clients and life-saving behavioral health resources.

As a Clinical Outreach Representative at Within Health, Nicole draws on her clinical experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in eating disorders to help families, clients, and providers navigate transitions into higher levels of care. She drives strategic growth across California by building strong partnerships with premier academic medical centers like UCSF, UCLA, and UCSD, and hosting targeted educational in-services for teams at Stanford CAPS, UC Berkeley Athletics, and San Jose State University.

Driven by Within’s mission to ensure care is accessible to every body, everywhere, Nicole partners with statewide behavioral health networks to remove barriers to treatment.

She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and her B.A. in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. Guided by optimism and resilience, Nicole brings empathy and warm leadership to every partnership. In her free time, you can find her practicing yoga, spending time with loved ones, and spoiling her cat, Eros.
