Mandi Rector

Mandi K Rector, MS, is a seasoned leader in behavioral health, nonprofit strategy, and organizational growth, bringing over a decade of experience in clinical outreach, business development, and relational leadership. In her third year at Within Health as Senior Director of Business Development for the West region, Mandi drives expansion to advance the mission of "providing access to care for every BODY, everywhere." She grounds her work in a relationship-first approach, educating providers and families on Within’s enhanced PHP/IOP levels of care and personalized treatment model with warmth, empathy, and clarity.

Dedicated to governance and advocacy, Mandi actively shares her expertise with mission-driven organizations. She served as Board President for her local suicide prevention organization from January 2024 to January 2026 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for California-based nonprofit The Body Positive. A compassionate speaker, Mandi frequently presents on self-leadership, organizational confluence, bridging gaps across the continuum of care, and developing human-centered leaders within relational organizations.

Mandi holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and completed the Executive Program in Women in Leadership with AI-Driven Engagement at the University of New Haven’s Pompea College of Business in March 2026. Above all, Mandi considers leading and learning alongside others to be a profound gift. Guided by humility and a commitment to sharing resources across the entire healthcare landscape, she combines strategic vision with heart to build equitable, sustainable solutions in behavioral health.
