Erin Kowalski, MA, LMHC, is Vice President of B2B Brand & Ecosystem Strategy at Within Health, where she focuses on building new pathways to eating disorder care through strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and market expansion. She also leads outreach across the New England region, working directly with providers and healthcare systems to strengthen access to specialized eating disorder treatment.

A licensed mental health counselor by training, Erin spent nearly 15 years as a clinician before moving into business development and growth strategy. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical care and business strategy, with a particular focus on understanding how people actually find and access treatment. She also builds systems and partnerships that make those pathways easier, more connected, and more scalable.
