Rudi Landera

Rudi Landera is a registered dietitian nutritionist who has been working in the eating disorder field for over seven years. She is a board-certified specialist in pediatric nutrition (CSP) and national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC). As a Health At Every Size (HAES) healthcare provider, Rudi is passionate about healing her client's relationship with food and their bodies through mindful and intuitive eating nutrition therapy.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two young daughters. You can also find her on her Cricut creating hair bows and t-shirts, and monogramming anything she can get her hands on!
