Staci Abby

Staci pursued her Master's in Drama Therapy at New York University and is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. She has previous experience with eating disorder treatment in the outpatient setting as well as working with individuals living with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses.

Staci thoroughly aligns with the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, as well as the All-Foods Fit Model. She strongly believes in the use of drama therapy in eating disorder recovery to create a strong relationship between the body, mind, and emotions. Staci is passionate about working collaboratively with clients during their recovery journey through a trauma informed lens, and strives to foster a supportive, affirming space of trust, safety, and belonging.
