At Within, your recovery journey begins the moment you pick up the phone and call us. We understand that asking for help requires a tremendous amount of courage and we applaud you for making it this far.  During this first phone call, we’ll collect some basic information:

We understand that the financial considerations are an important part of your treatment decision.  Our in-house verification team calls your insurance on your behalf and provides you with comprehensive financial options

  • Explore financial options

  • Identify support system

We will work with you to ensure you have access to the treatment you need and deserve.

Once you have an idea of the financial picture, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your personal situation and determine the best recommendation to set you on the path to recovery. We understand that there is so much more to you than your symptoms.  It is important to us to get to know the whole you. The assessment process includes:

  • Clinical intake assessment
  • Medical clearance
  • Collaborate with your outpatient team
  • Clearance for admission by staff physician
  • Set admission date
